I had a lot of trouble with this one, mainly the hair. The black kept getting everywhere 
and now that I scanned it I can see all my mistakes. But that's okay, lesson learned for next time. Maybe I'll rework it sometime, but for now I need to go back to my commissions.

Overall Vision
Originality Technique ImpactOne thing that I really love about this is the background with the design you created and how the green fades out in some places as well as matches the color of her eyes. The hair I think you did a pretty good job on as it is just black and that can be difficult and I like that there are some other colors mixed in. I do think that some of the strands end too blunt and the right eyebrow is a bit too light but I still really like the hair. (I also love the eyes and lips, just thought I'd add that)
I'm not a big fan of celebrity portraits because usually it just looks like the photo. What I love about yours is that it's in colors and you took artistic liscense with the background and I can see that it is not a photo even though it looks realisitic.
